For thousands of years, as early humans, much of our life revolved around time spent on the ground. Socializing, eating, sleeping, and resting all took place on the ground.
Today, we spend most of our waking life sitting in chairs, which robs our hips ability to function properly and wrecks our posture, often causing pain and poor movement.
You can preserve your ability to easily rise from the ground, however, by practicing various forms of Get Ups.
Get Ups strengthen our entire bodies, including our hips, core, and spine, while mobilizing our joints and keeping us young.
