Calisthenics training is one of the best ways to build strength and muscle, especially at home or if you're a beginner in fitness training.

Because calisthenics is bodyweight training, you don't need to worry about getting hurt with heavy weights or suffering an injury due to inexperience.

Bodyweight training is much more forgiving, especially to newbies, and is an excellent place to start because you learn how to effectively control your own body. 

The ability to generate tension within the working muscles, and properly feel the correct lines of tension while doing an exercise, will help you get better results and prevent future injuries.
