How Does It Work?
1. Complete Intake Questions
Our process begins by having every new client fill out a detailed questionnaire so we can learn all about your exercise history, overall health, lifestyle and more.
2. Custom Program Creation
Based on your answers, your trainer will put together a custom program specifically for you with clear, daily tasks for you to complete.
3. Pre-Program Consultation
You will have a 30-minute live video consultation with your trainer to discuss your program before you begin. You will also discuss ways that you can adjust your diet and lifestyle to help meet your goals.
4. Accountability And Follow Ups
You will have unlimited email support to answer all of your questions and your trainer will always reply within one business day.
5. Monthly Live Coaching Call
You will meet with your trainer once per month via video call to discuss your progress, answer questions, and make adjustments as needed.
