Garrett Kuljian

 

I received my doctorate in Physical Therapy at University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences after a lifelong obsession with human performance.

But when I was told by doctors that I’d never be able to do what I love based on how wrecked my body was from athletics, I decided to take matters into my own hands.

One of the biggest problems in health care is the saturation of medical professionals just going through the motions and not practicing what they preach.

With severe hip impingement, a torn labrum on both hips, “abnormal” bone morphology, chronic shoulder pain, and constant low back pain, these doctors only advice was surgery or just stop doing the things I love.

Since then, I have spent thousands of hours researching, learning from the best practitioners in the world, and applying new methods of unconventional mobility/ flexibility practices you won’t see in any traditional physical therapy clinic. 

I am now able to squat ass to grass pain free, and am working toward advanced mobility goals like the splits with NO SURGERY NEEDED!

My mission is to bridge the gap between the performance/fitness world and health care with the goal to help myself and others become stronger, pain free, healthier, and harder to kill!
